I have seen mention of wither a program or a process that allows you to drop all of your .CAB's in a folder on your storage card so that when you flash a ROM it autoinstalls all your apps. Everywhere I have seen it mentioned it is referred to as UC. I have tried to search this up a varity of ways but it is pretty touch to get results with a two letter search.
