Re: Need help on how to enable startup animation sound
Maybe take the underscore out? Knowing windows, the player they used is probably from 1995 and doesn't understand special characters or something

Re: Need help on how to enable startup animation sound
I tried a different wav without underscore and still a nogo. Hmm maybe a component to the animation from the kitchen is just not there. Probably a dll file or something.

Howdy Mike - did you ever solve this issue with the WAVFile not playing on startup? I've been having the same issue after flashing to no2chem's 5060 rom.

Re: Need help on how to enable startup animation sound
its actually a problem with the .wav file...on startup it needs to have a certain kHz, Bit, and kb/sec. Im not sure what they need to be though (im actually looking for that myself right now when i found your post)

Re: Need help on how to enable startup animation sound
don't know if you guys got this working or not. I noticed with the new sprint release for the vogue that the startup .wav file plays, but then when I cooked a rom in the kitchen and substituted my own .wav, it only plays the very first time it boots, but not after any soft resets. I'd love to get this working!

Re: Need help on how to enable startup animation sound
Same with no2chems later roms. You hear the sound on first boot and there is no more. Must be a reg setting someplace.

Re: Need help on how to enable startup animation sound
I'm having the same problem with the startup animation in the 5067 kitchen. I get it the very first time it boots after installing the kitchen, but never again. Oddly enough, I flashed my friend's Titan with most of the same software with the same kitchen, and the animation works on every boot.
Maybe there's an application from the kitchen that causes this issue for both the sound and the animation?!? |
