Mogul program memory

I did a couple searches but couldnt find anything about allocating more memory for program memory, say subtracting 64 megs from "storage" and change it for "program"

I read a couple things about noChem's ROM but i want to stay on 3.35 official for right now. Is there a way to change it on an official rom or must I go custom or is there no way to do it?

You can not add to program memory. You can only exchange Storage memory for ROM memory
