What? I mention this was for someone that had a broken USB port and all of a sudden 4 people "broke" their USB ports?

Here's the thing. Once you have a GPS rom there are parts of your radio that will NEVER be overwritten (with any current means) although it will look like it is. This can lead to bricks like my phone, or potential conflicts down the road. It is not a definite bricker, but it is dangerous. The unlocker has been used on gps devices for returns etc. but i still would not recommend going back from a GPS rom unless you are willing to risk a possible brick.
