HELP! -stuck in the splash screen

i tried to go from nexvisions rom to jbabey's, and now im stuck in the splash screen for nexvision's rom. im guessing because i went from a more updated radio to an older one... ive taken the battery out, ive tried multiple hard resets, and tried running programs like unlocker and relocker, but the pc doesnt recognize a connection with usb since the phone is stuck on a splash screen. i need help asap

i put it into bootloader mode by hitting power, camera, and pushing in soft reset(that i found instructions on somewhere in here) then flashed the new official stock rom

and it worked perfectly

and i just now completed goin back to the usual vetvito black pill rom i like
