Need Help flashing XV6800 Titan in VISTA

I have read thread after thread. I have the XV6800. I ran Olipro 240. The ran sprint gps enabled rom update utility. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I get an error stating "rom update utility has stopped working" error in VISTA. Please help, I have read and read and tried process again several times. At point of insanity now!

Unfortunately, I don't have another PC running XP. I have to do this in Vista. How can I make Vista do this?

I know the things needed for flashing in Vista are pretty spread out in here now probably. you could try going into the ppcgeeks chat and someone there would more than likely know what you can try to eliminate problems.

I have Vista and dont have this problem. The only thing I did download was Windows Mobile Device Center found HERE.
Im running Vista Ultimate.
