Re: Titan Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19209 (Build 19209.1.0.2) aka 5060

There's no magic to it. If you have radio 3.35.04 with 5054, 5060 or 3.35 from the updater the default settings are all where they need to be. Phone->Services->Location Setting to on is the only thing that you should need to change since it's not part of the ROM.

Right now in PA there's a storm, so there's weak/no satellite signals indoors. On a clear day I can get 3 or 4 weak signals indoors max.
Outdoors or in the car, it syncs up under 15 secs.

i'm in pa also. but this was from yesterday when there was no storm, and even today. left it on, and still couldn't pick up satellites. checked the location setting, and it was set to on.

Re: Titan Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19209 (Build 19209.1.0.2) aka 5060

Subsplash is not the startup animation. Startup animation isn't changeable through buildOS yet, but I made a quick solution...

-Download the attached zip.
-Extract to your USER_OEM folder
-Rename your animated gif to MyAnimation.gif and replace the one in the MyStartupAnimation OEM.
-File->refresh in buildOS if it's open.
-"My Startup Animation" should now appear in the Boot Options section.
-Select it. (Startup Animation should select automatically)

The attached OEM already contains the stock Sprint animation so you can skip the replacement step if you want to use that one.

Notes:
It will still play the default animation on the very first boot. Every boot after will be your custom animation.
I did it this way to avoid buildOS asking if you want to replace the file every time you build. If you don't care, delete MyAnimation.gif and initflashfiles.txt from the OEM and just add a WMStartup_ani.gif.

Edit: Fixed. Please Re-Download
Attached Files
File Type: zip MyStartupAnimation.zip (388.7 KB, 49 views) Click for barcode!

Yes Major folks don't know how to Modify or Retain the Setting multi tab .dat file is Better the Old Legacy setting where the ICON also Break as it was not Scaled Properly

I think this should be kept separately as Version many will love it see the Quality of Icon in my modified .dat file and the Original .dat file shipped with All Kitchen

Re: Titan Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19209 (Build 19209.1.0.2) aka 5060

One thing to double check on the 5060 build from BuildOS is the External GPS setting. The first time I used a ROM this setting was incorrect from what it had been:
Settings - Connections - External GPS verify that GPS program port is set (Com4), Under Hardware tab - set to None (unless you use an external GPS...) and Access - Manage GPS Automatically is flagged.
Not sure why this was different on the first time I use the new Kitchen as these have been the defaults on 5060 and on the latest 3 ROMs I've not had to change or modify these - just something to check.

I am having this problem and in fact have never had SDAutoRun triggered automatically by the kitchen, DCD roms or No2Chem's rom's. My SDConfig file is fine as I can trigger it by running SDAutorun.exe manually.

I checked my registry key (the one you posted above) and it is correct. What else could I check that could cause this? I am installing autorun and sdautorun. Would "skip welcome screen" cause this?

Package from PPC OEM dont run well unless u place

Attached is the Version from DCD Kitchen and it works Well

colonol no2chem Tierman please Take a note (Remeber this OEM look for SDConfig.txt into Root of SDCard and exe is Well placed in OEM)

[b](Placing the SDAutoRun.exe in OEM is more Safer Option o fight against Viruses)[b]

Code:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\AppInstall\AutoRun\ExecutableFiles]
"\\Windows\\CheckAutoRun.exe"=hex:

;<<<<<----- Your Additional Entries ----->>>>>
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm]
"AutoRun"="\\Extended_ROM\\autorun.exe"
"AutoRunCFG"="\\Extended_ROM\\config.txt"
"AutoRunType"=dword:00000000
"TurnRadioFlag"=dword:00000000
Above is the Entries from AutoRun.exe in TitanKitchen

Here also its Poiting to Extended ROm but AutoRun.exe is there its self in \Windows So Joining above OEM with SDAutoRun will create Problem also
Attached Files
File Type: zip DCD SDAutoRun.zip (50.9 KB, 12 views) Click for barcode!
