What are differences b/w no2's autorun, UC, and teirman's auto install app?

What are the differences b/w these? Dont they do the exact same thing?

no2 has his own autorun? I thought he was using UC (although it never worked for me).

Re: What are differences b/w no2's autorun, UC, and teirman's auto install app?

Autorun is a standard progam that runs files on your external rom. It's not a no2chem creation.

Edit:
UC is just autorun modded to look on your SD card for a config file.
Tautoinstall is a bit more sophisticated, allowing you to pick among .cabs in multiple locations to install as well.

UC manipulates the config file that autorum executes, according to a predefined configuration.
Tautoinstall does a similar thing, but let's you select at boottime what to install.

so UC and autorun r pretty the same thing or autorun is part of UC.

what do u mean UC manipulates the SDconfig.txt file? i have mine setup and use UC in NO2's roms but is UC the program that simply takes SDconfig and executes all of those cabs?

Oops, sorry, UC is really just a modded autorun to look on your SD card for a config file instead of ext_rom. I've edited the prior post.
