help flashing [OLD] official sprint ROM

Hey, my mogul is malfunctioning so I want to take it in for repair/replacement. I know I need to flash an old official ROM, but I'm having trouble locating one. I have radio 1.40 so I want the ROM that goes with it.
I also want to relock it, is there any instructions (that I can't find apparently) for flashing the OLDER stock sprint ROM?

Check out www.sprint.com/download and your operating system would be Windows CE. You'll see Sprints official Rom releases.

now hopefully sprint will just give me a new mogul instead of hassling me about this and that and the new ROM ugh

the tech wanted to go to lunch so just said to give me a new mogul.
first time sprint has ever done anything correctly.
