Help Me Quick!!!

So, I get this bright idea to update the wifes phone like mine. The phone does not respond to hard spl 2.40, so I use version 1.2. I install the radio then my rom of choice. Everytime I use the phone function, it reboots. So I retry 2.40, and it says the update is complete, but the rom still reads bootloader 1.20. When I try to install the sprint 3.35 it hangs at 11% and goes back to the boot loader screen.

I have the wifes phone in limbo, so my life is going to be a living hell. PLEASE HELP!!!

run the relocker then run the the official update then unlock the phone.

I tried relocking it, and reflashed the stock verizon software. Aligned the screen etc. Then again tried to run the spl 2.40. 1.20 shows up on the screen still. WTF is going on?

No matter what I try, I cannot get this phone off the olipro 1.20. I relocked, and reflased to the verizon rom. I tried to run the 2.40 again, and 1.20 came up on the screen still.

remove battery for a min and restart. itll prob boot back up to windows mine did it once. worth a shot. if not. just run an official rom update if you one 3 screen color of death as i like to call and then relock and reflash again.

I did relock and flash back to stock. When I tried to unlock again with 2.40, it still read 1.20. I cant get rid of this 1.20

then dont unlock it. be happy for now your wife has a phone if your back to stock rom and she can use it. otherwise she prob chew your buttikiss out.

I guess, but I hate to be beat. I am amazed at how different 3 phones can act since they are the same hardware. what worked flawlessly for the other phones is a complete snafu on this one.

Ok, the relocker requires WM to use it. You need to have activesync enabled to start it and run teh exe to completion. It needs to load the RUU it will run fast, but it has to be done from WM to enter a special bootloader it can not happen by power camera reset.

Ok, first to clarify, I am running vista. Dont know if it makes a diff, but just putting it out there. I have the phone running again on the verizon rom. But from what you are saying, I did not relock it properly. Is it possible to still load the verizon stock rom with the phone unlocked?

So I will connect the phone and the computer will see it...
Re run the locker, then load to stock rom to completion...
Then run the unlocker 2.40....
Then I can flash the rom of choice?
