don't really know what happened to my friends mogul

alright still really a newbie but have been successfully flashing for some time on my mogul and showing off what my phone can do now (using nex's latest rom) i flashed my friends stock 2.09 rom first to official 2.17, then 3.16 nex's and flashed the 3.27 radio. now his mogul is unresponsive i dont think its bricked cuz i can still hard reset and go into bootloader but when it resets its stays on the 6.1 windows mobile screen, any help would be greatly appreciated
