Just two questions:

Is there no need for a "Patches" folder like before. I have an OEM for E-ten dialer and I used to have to put a couple image files in there to overwrite the default dialer.

This is just being picky, but can you please change the default font on the selection screen? That light blue/aqua against the WM6 green is hard to read in places. Especially when it's in front of the Windows logo.

Thank you all!
Most things can be done without Patches, but a few still require it.

User selectable font coloring will be added in a future release.

Future builds of BuildOS will provide a selections.txt for you as part of the kitchen .rar (if the kitchen .rar was assembled properly, it should have a selections.txt in it already).

Alternatively, most kitchens should be available via the Updater once they are determined "safe" for general use.
Thank you so much for replying so quickly, gguruusa.

I _think_ the issue I am experiencing may lie in the fact that the kitchen is expecting the RAR file, in this case 5059.rar, to be a compressed archive of a bunch of stuff.

Unfortunately, the RAR file we have of 5059 is a compressed archive of the *.NBH file and that is it.

Re: Titan Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19199 (Build 19199.1.0.0)

This kitchen looks great, I can't wait to start using it. I'm having some trouble when I try to build a kitchen. Everything appears to be running smoothly until I get to G'Reloc. At this stage of the build, I get an error:

"Cannot open file C:\Documents and.....\Application Data\hIq Inc\PPC_BuildOS\9.05.2.6Temp\temp\dump\.ROM\S000"

Then the G'Reloc gui opens. The only way I can get the build to proceed is to close out the program. I assume that this is the reason that after RUU, my phone will stick on the splash screen (even after battery removal). Has anybody else seen this issue?

I've already tried uninstalling BulidOS, deleting kitchen files, then reinstalling them in case of a bad download.

So I should create the patches folder if need be?

Thanks buddy.

I consistently experienced this under Vista-64; when I moved to my Windows XP machine, the issue ceased to occur.

Re: Titan Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19199 (Build 19199.1.0.0)

ok so i am guessing my problem is a vista user account control thing. i get all the way to the end where it starts RUU and it tells me the file could not be found. i did some digging and found the ruu_signed.nbh in the userdata/temp/blah blah and manually coppied it to the titan ruu folder and it worked... of course when i coppied it UAC asked me to confirm the copy to a protected location...

Heh heh ... I hear you.

I've flashed to my heart's content on Vista-64 and hadn't experienced an issue (DCD & DogGuy Kitchens) until the PPCGeeks Kitchen and the G'Reloc issue. Again, please understand - passing along an observation, which is in NO WAY intended to be a criticizm.
