Need BiG Help to flash new ROM.(Radio)

I need help.. I want to flash the New Rom (for the radio mainly) , I cannot flash thru Active Sync..AS is not functioning and I think its due to the actual physical usb slot on my mogul. I was going to flash from sd card but I have not heard of anyone having success doing this. I have read that the radio will not flash from card. If anyone can please tell me if they have been able to do this, I would be greatful, I dont want to brick it, and I believe there was reference to that being a real possibilty on this flash from card because of the radio. I am not sure it can be done as an actual EXE that can be run from the sd card. Maybe it can be done by one of our great minds here . I am really wanting to install this radio alone, but if it has to be done as the whole rom, thats fine too..Guru's or anyone please help ....edit: this rom installed fine over the other one via the card.....radio and all, without using the special_4350...guess I couldn\t get a help response...
