Music Store Files Here (For Custom ROMs)
Alright, here the deal!
As some of you might have read in the No2chem 6.1 thread, I have gotten the Sprint Music Store to run on my Titan using the no2chem 6.1 rom, but I CANNOT get it to play any music, be it from my card or previews of songs. I can get it to read my songs, aswell as find songs on the sprint site, it just wont play anything. I am going to post these files here in the hopes that someone else can help me get these working properly. Sprint Music Store Files NOTE: Make sure you are using Resco Explorer to move the folders and not regular explorer, regular explorer will override the folder not merge them, and the end result will be by by start menu and programs. -Anthony |

Re: Music Store Files Here (For Custom ROMs)
Anyone have any luck whatsoever with this? I am assuming it has to do with one of two things:
1) WM 6.1 changed the audo drivers in some way the java doesn't understand (doubt it) 2) Some file that corrilates to the DRM music is missing and refusing to verify the DRM (maybe, but the previews don't play either, are they DRM?) Any help would be wonderfull. -Anthony |

Re: Music Store Files Here (For Custom ROMs)
I really don't understand why this is so hard to figure out... I have a TON of songs that are pretty much useless unless I put my memory card into one of my old phones that will play them!!! Someone must be able to figure this out! Please!

Re: Music Store Files Here (For Custom ROMs)
Ok here is what i did to get this working.
1) Installl the dcd Jbed Java cab file to phones storage,(dont run from SD card it wont work), 2) Install the jukeboxtitan_549 jar file and go through the setup process and there you have it. Ive included the neccessary cab files in the attached zip folder. i also included the Music store today plugin that is usually located in the external ROM just in case. if any questions i can try and help, just PM me. BTW, I have only tested this method on no2chems 6.1 Build 5060 because that is what i am running so im not sure about anything else. EDIT-Attached a copy of the exe file for the Sprint Music Store icon to put in the programs folder or for shortcuts. Last edited by nxtech3; 05-03-2008 at 04:35 PM. |
