Sprint EXT ROM in NBA form

I'm looking for the Sprint EXT. ROM file. Not the cab file the .nb*something* you would use to build a rom. Anyone know where to get it?

download the sprint update
start the install
find where the files are extracted
copy the .nbh file over to another folder
unpack the .nbh file
you should have a ExtROM.nb* file now
