The reason I asked for this option is frequently when I come out of sleep mode, I can not get a GPS lock. In this situation, I can get a lock after resetting the phone. The most common reason I reset the phone is to get the GPS to start working so if GPS Toggle turns on the GPS after reset, it would save me a step which is significant when I hiking or driving.

FYI, works great with the Samsung Omnia i910 (Verizon) using the new ROM (w/unlocked GPS). Prior to using this utility I had to wait 5-10 minutes for a GPS lock, now it's locked all the time! THANK YOU!!

Good to hear. I just put it on mine with new rom and GPS unlock, but I use SPB mobile. Without looking all over the net for an answer, can someone advise me if this works for SPB, meaning does it show on thier menu's. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it show up. Though, I've only spent a half hour installing and looking for this feature.

problem on my WM6.1 fone ...motorola has an interface overlay for the today screen that covers up the icon to toggle ...what to do? If I disable the moto overlay, your toggle is right there and workin' ...can I move it somewhere? Can it be made an executable or a shortcut or something?
