"no radio" error

I am running vista, i downloaded the 3.35 official rom from sprint. my phone has not been updated in the past, still running rom 2.09.

I started the ruu install file, and it started to install-got to 9% complete, then the phone reset. Error 328 came up (invalid command) and now I am unable to get the new rom to install, and also am not able to have the phone work properly.

Any thoughts on how to help get my radio back? or continue to upgrade to 3.35 (preferred)?
