My Sprint ROAMING EVDO Story~~

yeah i have free unlimited roaming with my SERO plan, but I'm sure that if i would stay on roaming, sprint would cancel me.. or so i think they work like that...

but i love that i finally came across this fix (dsl reports mspeed test was giving me 400+kb/s up to 800+kb/s..i should use a better speed test)

anyways here is a story from trying to figure everything out:
i called "advanced" tech support today and spoke with a lady named "Shelly"...
I was calling to request a HLR RELOAD...i first asked her if she knew what this was and she said she didn't. so I'm like ok, i will call back unless you can ask a co-worker or manager how to do this for me. she insisted she could figure out my problem and help me either way and wouldn't ask anyone around her (not sure if there was people around her or not)

so i told her i couldn't get evdo roaming to work... all i had was 1x for data connections.. she replies "so your internet is not working when you are roaming?" i said no, my high speed connection to the EVDO networks aren't working, i only can roam on the slower 1x networks... she tells me that EVDO isn't something i can connect to, it is a "speed"... i was like.. ok, evdo and 1x are different type of signals...my evdo roaming signal isn't working.. she preceded to tell me she is an advanced technician and she knows what she is talking about.. going back and forth arguing about how i just need a hlr reload and how evdo is a speed she finally said give me 2 min while i put you on hold.. so i hung up and called advanced tech support right back and the guy that i got to knew SOOO much about sprint/data/evdo/roaming/prls/hlr.. he knew everything and realized what i was doing.. i told him i was going to try and use ALLTEL's PRL on my phone and he laughed and then said if he wasn't a Sprint employee, he would recommend trying that.. lol.. oh well.. sorry for long post
