New rom and gps preping?

Maybe it has something to do with the software package used to access the GPS. I'm using iGo and I still have to use the 'prepper' (no salt, though )


My tests and results are the same as those of MrHappy.

I do, however, have 8 or more locks even before the interface is up...so I'm not really too concerned about it!

well the GPS is def stronger in this radio because when i go outside i get an instant 12 locks at 100%. 3.16 only gave me 5 and they were barely strong enough for a lock.

I read a thread over at XDA the TomTom 6.032?? will connect without prepping.

thats odd because 6.32 for me still requires prepping
