Qwest Mogul user here too, I've been running the sprint stock rom on qwest and everything works fine.. but I too am VERY upset with the service I've been getting from them, if my phone service weren't free (and I mean if I had to pay 10$ a month) I would cancel it and get on SERO.. They've really gone down hill with their customer service as of late I cant even get them to send me a replacement after they sent me my fifteenth refurb phone.. I'm tired of them.. but I'm sitting with a phone with a broken scroll wheel because they wouldnt send me a new one.. and they are NEVER going to release us an update..
I tried to email HTC about it, I've done it 3 times, but they havent returned any of them, and as already stated, nobody at qwest has ANY idea whats going on. I thought I was the only one unhappy.
