New Extrom
from what I can tell you need to run IOTA.cab from the new external rom. Is there anything else that should be required?
signed***.cab rilphone.cab are the only 2 I do not know what their use is for

The signed file is a few Sprint Root certificates and the 60610 PRL file (which I definitely don't recommend).
Don't know about the rilphone.cab though... would love to find out. Incidentally, it is annoying that IOTA isn't part of the base ROM now and requires the separate install.
