Worth the upgrade

IIght so I'm really bout to noob it up, but I'm running on NexVision rom which is a a combo of dcd and no2chem.... I want to have threaded sms, all the programs and Games still like dope wars and stuff...but I hear the Radio is better and it's overall faster....SO my question is, is it worth to upgrade to 3.35.651.2 now or try and wait for a "cooked" version Thanks!!!!

im currently 10% flashing into cooked dcd 3.0 rom....

install official rom first

then follow directions here

i forgot to say YES, its worth the upgrade...damn this is nice, all htc dark modded on wm 6.1 on new rom, im recooking a new rom without that stupid voicedial app and including the startup animation, so one more flash and i should be happier

I don't think wm6.1 is worth the additional ram it uses. Stock rom is faster and has more free ram. Threaded sms looks like crap too.

GPS is a lot better with the new rom. Picks up more satellites faster. Starts up instantly when it used to take up to 5 minutes sometimes.

well i just download googlemaps to see how long it would take running dcd rom 3.0...download 500k in about 3 seconds WOW...installed...accepted agreement san francisco popped up so fast....hit menu, click use gps, counted out loud...1 1000, 2 1000, 3 1000, 4 1000..........wholy **** 10 satellites!!! ive never locked so many satellites, before i could count to 5 it found me sitting at my computer in my 1 story house inside!, god damn new radio and dcd rom owns

and btw, all i have installed right now is googlemaps and htc x button running, after a softreset wm 6.1 has 24.89mb free ram....plus after rom flash storage space was about 161mb free
