Re: ebmorgan's Mogul 3.35 ROM review
I enabled the rev A in EPST, rebooted and ran iota and got pretty slow speeds. Set it back to disabled and rebooted and got rev a speeds after that. 1156/307 which isn't bad. Was getting about 576 down with it enabled. This is no where near the max Rev A download, but its an improvement.
I am tethered to an XP pc using ICS on the Mogul and the stock ROM. I am in the DFW area which does have revision A.

I guess I have the old radio, how do I check? GPS location is alot quicker now and download speeds increased which is nice.

If you don't have your MSL (unlock code) then do a search for getspc. However, as mentioned, enabling it actually slowed down my connection. Rev A seems to work fine with it set to disabled (default). |

You will need to get your MSL code to edit it though, you can call sprint or download the MSL Generator.zip file that is in the discussion thread... not sure what page, search that thread for EPST and it will be one of the threads listed in there with the link. |

As soon as you soft reset the phone, a few numbers will come up to the bottom right in red, the one next to R is the radio. The new version is 3.35. Quote:
It just seems kind of odd that sprint would have a program on there that let users tether undetected out of the box, so to speak. |
