Is Alltel getting the new Rom on 3/10?

Does anybody know if alltel is getting the new rom or is it just sprint?

I would assume Sprint as each carrier has their own testing and approval process. It could happen, but it is more likely it will just be hacked for use on Alltel and Verizon.

Calm down, I can't honestly say that sprint will release it tomorrow untill I actually see it. It appears that there will me a mass suicide event if the rom isn't released tomorrow.

I would have to agree. If Sprint is not planning on releasing it tomorrow they need to get off their arse and get it going. There will be a lot of ticked off customers if it is not out.

People please everyone knows that alltel sucks even worse than sprint. Has alltel even realesed ANY rom updates???

Alltel has released an update for WM6 some time ago. Both the WM5 and WM6 are ok I guess. Nothing like the custom ones here. I personally like them as a wireless carrier despite their lack of good support for smartphones.

I figured it would be awhile before alltel released it so I broke down and tried dcd's rom last night. I can't believe I didn't brick my phone being the noob that I am. It works great. I love GPS

I spoke with an HTC tech last week. He said Alltel will be upgrading their ROM in about 6 weeks. The tech said it, not HTC and certainly not me. I was calling in regarding the miserable blue tooth problem.
