what's the diff between DCD and No2Chem's ROMs?

I've been running No2Chem's 5051 ROM for two days and have not gone below 13 megs running HTC Home, SPB Pocket Plus and Shell, Pocket Outlook/Direct Push and so on. Runs fast and well. No lockups thus far.

You can also try out NexVision's ROM which are based on both DCD and No2Chem. He adds even more stuff and still runs fast.

IMO, these guys code extremely well. I wouldn't move back to a stock ROM after using the stuff these guys put out. =D>

i asked no2chem why doest dcd,s rom has more free ram than his. he told me the name of the file that dcd left out and he told me that you loose some performance due to that. so ran some benchmark tests and posted results in one other thread. he was right , his rom was faster

Just moved from SPB Moblile Shell 1.5 to 2.0 and gained another meg. Running at about 16 to 17 megs free. Shell 2.0 is too cool. Try the demo, you'll like it.

THE ANSWER IS...these roms are by different people. Are you asking just to ask? Your question is such a general question that anyone's answer is the correct answer. I could have answered, " the difference is the name of the roms".
