Requesting: Program Install road guide?

Okay so after a year of enjoying/testing my Titan, I think I have found a good setup. Just recently started flashing customs but I dont think I'll be cooking, i'll leave that to professionals.

One thing that has been nagging me, and I haven't found an answer for... I've searched.
no, not talking about Saving cabs to sd card*** So Performance wise.

I noticed that when i install programs in a certain order the performance of the titan changes; even if i install same or less programs. I've done it so many times I can never remember install order.

So that being said, Is there a sweet install order for different types of programs to be installed? ie. reg tweeks, touch apps, data connect apps, in a certain order?

** side question - does performance change if prog installed on sd card? **
