Stuck on splashscreen VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)

Hey whats up y'all just got my Mogul in the mail today and already hit a snag. After running the titan unlocker I tried installing VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1) OS. I downloaded and installed the EXE file to specifications and once uploading to my phone completed 100% I HIT OK AND LET THE PHONE RESTART, ONLY PROBLEM IS IT WONT PASS THE HTC SPLASH SCREEN. I've successfully installed and worked on my PPC-6700 in the past with no problems but right now I am wondering if the phone is bricked or am I just missing something? Any and all help would be appreciated
