Try a hard reset.

You may also want to try re-flashing a regular ROM directly from your memory card..

Download an official rom.

Open it with winrar.

Extract the .nbh file.

Rename the .nbh to TITAIMG.nbh

Take your microsd card and plug it into a computer or other cell phone connected to a computer. Make sure it is formatted FAT32. Copy the TITAIMG.NBH file to the root directory of the memory card.

Place the memory card back into your mogul. Hold the camera button, the power button, and reset button at the same time. This should load you into the boot loader, at which point it will immediately find the image and ask you to confirm flashing.

That should put you back to square one.
