dcds Rom & Kitchen 2.3.1

Ok, I've used DCD's latest kitchen for Verizon, updated to the 3.27 radio and put my settings back in via the EPST and looks like all is working phone wise but not data! For whatever reason I get an error 14 saying EVDO Network congestion. Then the balloon saying Cannot connect for unknown reasons,.... Any thoughts before I try to call Verizon and play dumb?
