No2Chem support for different carriers

How come you're not doing a ROM specific for the different carriers like (altel,vzw,etc...) is it difficult? just wondering.

mainly because i think there are people out there that know how to do it better, and that it takes me too long to upload files for it to be worthwhile....

perhaps once i move to the new kitchen and some oem directories are provided....

Re: No2Chem support for different carriers

Ok fair enough, I really apreciate your work and the time you take to bring us the features we should have had from factory. I have noticed Vossco32 has created a VZW ROM and I am trying it as I type this.

Thank you on this forum for your constant support not only for the Titan but also the Apache when I hat it

Re: No2Chem support for different carriers

I made a base version for Verizon but couldn't upload it due to the FTP problems. I will try to upload it tomorrow as I can't right now.

Re: No2Chem support for different carriers

no2chem's ROM, (and I didn't bother using the basekit), works on TELUS networks. Shrug...so some of the pages, (like in the phone options) say Sprint, not a huge deal to me.

you know, you guys probably could just run a text replace on *.rgu and *.provcml replacing "Sprint PCS" with "YOUR CARRIER NAME HERE"....

Oh no...it shows up properly on the today screen as TELUS etc. It's in the buried IOTA screen and stuff that says Sprint. I don't really care about that anyways. Heh. Everything works great so...when did you say 5050 was out? Hahahhaha
