You should add this in the Reg:

HKLM\Software\OEM\SMS
Delivery Ack= 0

I tried this, I'm assuming that you are adding these values through PHM Regedit? And then you are going to the SMS folder and clicking add string value? Maybe I am doing something wrong. Thanks again.

P.S. Rom is great, my favorite one so far. (Black Vista)
