Beta Rom 3.16.651 Roaming Issue

Well, I've had a similar roaming problem for a while now, When upgrading to no2chem's custom rom I can no longer roam. I get the roaming triangle but when trying to make a call, after a few rings I get some automated error, not even sure if the message mentions verizon. I've posted a few time asking for advice but know one knew anything/or didn't want to help. Its a shame too because its one of the only problems I am having with the new rom. Still worth keeping no2chem's rom though, even without roaming.
