Sprite Back up plays nice with No2Chem updates

With the daily updates I didn't know if it was possible to use sprite backup to restore all of my general settings without affecting the upgrade?

I have been using Sprite to restore after DCD upgrades. You kind of have to play with it but it will work. You can always do a safe install and choose to not write any registry settings so basically all you get are your contacts and your programs. Programs that write to the registry will need to be reinstalled though. You can do a ROM upgrade and it may work as well as I have had decent success. Really you just need to play with it and see how it goes. Remember you can always go back if a particular rom doesnt work. (assuming you save them)
