Enabling A-GPS (Assisted GPS) on WM6.1 ROMS

I have a alltel touch with stock ROM can some1 tell me how to get the gps working on this phone. I have been using google maps but a friend has the mogul and his gps works.

i dont think the Touch also known as the Vogue has that unlocked yet, but there's an entire section for just that device... i did search for GPS on the Vogue but returned nothing useful, making me think again that it's not avail ... yet
