MSVC 1.6 /DCD or No2chem wm 6.1 ROM's w/ BT (Working)
I have tested this on DCD's 2.2.3 ROM and should be compatible with No2Chem's ROM as well.
See the attached file. You must have the .cab file for msvc 1.6.17913 installed. NOT the MSVC 1.6 .exe (though I haven't tried it yet). The instructions and one regkey mod are in the text file within the .zip file. Follow the instructions in the text file using the other files in the .zip and you should be working just fine. Test this and see if it works for you too.
Then we'll let DCD and No2Chem know so that future kitchens, if they show up can include this fix.

This is a "fix" for what, exactly?
Unless I'm mistaken, I'm fairly certain the "replacement files" found here are extracted from the unreleased MSVC that was extracted from an OEM. This is already available to just drop into your kitchen if you wanted to use it... Basically, if you're cooking MSVC into a rom (as I and many others have been doing all along), you already have this "fix". The "replacement files" are fpr those who insist on using a .cab installation, since the unreleased latest version of MSVC was never released as a cab.
