DCD 2.2.4 without Service

I can upgrade to DCD rom 2.2.4 but after that can't get signal. Checked MSID etc everything is fine. Here is what I do. Go to boot loader 2.4, flash ROM then flash Radio 3.27. Tried Radio first and ROM later too. None works.Any idea?

i downloaded the same Rom
and it's working perfect, solved all my trouble
