MSVC 1.6 and DCD or No2chem wm 6.1 ROM's

I have tested this on DCD's 2.2.3 ROM and should be compatible with No2Chem's ROM as well.

You must have the .cab file for msvc 1.6.17913 installed.
NOT the MSVC 1.6 .exe (though I haven't tried it yet).

The instructions and one regkey mod are in the text file within the .zip file.

Follow the instructions in the text file using the other files in the .zip and you should be working just fine.

I do not take credit for this mod, it is a combination of two I found on here and XDA developers.
