Caller ID not working

Performed the ROM flash on my Verizon XV6800 and everything runs much smoother until I received a phone call and my caller ID feature is not working. Does anyone know where I might fix this in the phone. Or it it something I have to talk to Verizon about.

Sean

mine does this randomly as well after the 3.16 upgrade. I mean my phone will ring and ill see the connection indicator change to "1X" along with the ringing icon, but it will not show me who is calling, itll sit right at the today screen or whatver app im in. frankly im sick of it but dont feel like doing another hard reset. I tried to see if S2U2 or pocket cm was causing it, but without either of them running, this bullship keeps happening. I wish someone could find a fix for it
