3.16 downgrade

hey bro, im curious as to why u wanna downgrade? i havent upgraded my mogul yet, but i been reading all day on how to upgrade the rom to 3.16...everyone has been saying it was great...not great for u or what?

its not as stable as the last official release, also some complaints about dropping EVDO internet connection

although im pretty happy with the 6.1 rom that no2chem built, check it out
