Couple quick 3.16 questions

-As far as backing programs up goes, what do I need to do? I've got a lot of programs installed on 2.17 but I'm worried that by running this update it'll get me to 3.16, but that's it, none of my apps will survive? Is this true and if so, how do I go about backing EVERYTHING up? I've got a 2GB SD card, so that's a possibility, but how do I put ALL my files on it (again, if needed)? All I can see are those in 'My Documents' when I click 'Explore' in ActiveSync.

-As far as restoring to 2.17 (*exactly* as I have it right now), what would I need to do? It's looking like I'll more than likely stay with 3.16 - Rev A is hard to turn down. But in the event I want to restore everything to the way it is right now, would it be a big deal? How hard would it be to restore everything?

spb software has a backup utility. Its not free though. It makes a backup image of your phone on the sd card. All you have to do is click on the back up to restore it. Takes only a few minutes.

also remember spb backup sometimes includes windows and system files. restoring these 2.17 files to a 3.16 rom can cause some undesired effects, such as your phone not working...
