Help upgrading from stock ROM and RADIO to NEW ROM and RADIO

Hello,

I have the stock rom 2.17 and radio 1.47. I downloaded the newest hard-spl 2.40, I updated the hard-spl, then I tried upgrading to the 6.1 nuchem rom by putting the .nbh file in the sd card (it loaded the rom and installed it) but after installing the new rom it stayed stuck at the splash screen so i installed the originial rom again? Could someone please, please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Couple things,

If you just upgraded to hardspl then to no2chems rom, you do not have new radio. That is why your phone won't boot. This is stated in the very first post of no2chem's thread for his new rom.

Also, there is several other threads with the same title and same information in them. The search utility is most helpful. =]
