confirmed 5040 xp sp2 as 4.5

no file transfer thru activesync

when i download it i get an nbh file and i am unable to put the rom

do i need to change the name of the file?

Can anyone confirm that the system IS RELEASING MEMORY after you close a program?

In previous builds, when you closed an app, your memory would stay where it was (yes I am fully closing the app)

Build 5040 and I cant get Internet. It acts like it needs to do the data provisioning but I havent had any luck forcing it. I tried ##3282# restore and still nothing. Any ideas?

Texting and Phone work fine.
