From what I hear olipro 2.40 works with the new radio so no2chems roms should work too!!!

I just updated to the new official 3.35, unlocked, updated and booted 5051 just fine.

Just sayin'.

Phone and text works, haven't tried data and GPS yet.

EDIT: Data works, can't try GPS yet.

good to know that it works. However I am still waiting for a new release from no2chem as there are a couple of bugs in the current 5051 release.

I've used GPS on 5051 with the new radio and it works perfect. Picks up much quicker and I have 1-3 sats at my desk when I wouldn't get any before.

5052 is being uploaded as we speak I'm getting my phone ready to flash that means hard spl and radio reflash.

5052 is uploading, 3.35 based, should work with any 3.xx radio, you need hardSPL-2.40 as usual. no, it does NOT include the radio.

Sorry guys, i wasnt pointing my comment at any one person.... it's just could you imagine how many pm's and questions he's getting on a daily basis about when his latest and greatest is dropping? today we had 1000+ people online at the same time and lets say that if even 20% of those people prefer custom roms over the official ones, then thats 200 people (many prolly noobs)... looking and asking him when it will drop...

so it does not include radio, which means u need to upgrade to 3.35, then update to 5052 guys, for those who havent figured that out

No, the OEM is the operating system. The radio will most likely be your part. Install the Sprint install then do NoChem's rom.

I had to use an FTP client to connect. FileZilla is a free FTP program.

(now, should i wait for someone to extract the radio? I love my 50501 setup just as it is! I have not had to reset a single time on it due to performance issues!)

I am willing to bet that you still have to remove the battery

@nautica when you flash the radio even if it is just the radio it is like hard resetting afaik
