Edit: I was looking back through the posts and is it a problem with the dialer?

I believe it is a problem inherent with the GSM dialer embedded with 5051, 5052 & 5053. 5054 doesnt have it and the dialer works great (instant answering, transfering, call waiting, and call ending). The GSM dialer is fancier but I can logically sacrifice the extras for stable functionality...

Yea, I think that the search feature is nearly irrelevant for a 257 page thread receiving more than 100 new posts a day - haha.

Regardless, though, I've noticed the same problem with the dialer in the recent builds.

i wish he go back to putting in the normal dialer....since 51 to 54...when ever i use my big button dialer It is so whacked out looking.Tried 48 with the new radio..man there was a fun experience....had to soft reset every time i wanted to end a call..lol....I went back to the 3.35 sprint...at least until the dialer issues are rectified...

I agree he should use the stock dialer. People can use their own dialers if they want to.

No offense guys, but I think we've exhausted the dialer issue. It's probably been mentioned in half the posts in the past 20 pages that there are issues with it or that it's not the preferred one.
No sense in beating a dead horse, ya know?

I thought beating a dead horse was the main focus of every thread here ;)
