what is this bug about the modules not linking for usbmodem/wmodem and is there a quick fix or does it require a new rom??

I had to install 5053 several time before it started at act properly....some weird stuff was going on. Now that is seems to be running good the first thing I noticed is that under Settings, buttons, the option to assign button 5 is gone. in 5051 its was empty but now it is missing. Wow I have 22.7 free memory

The name of the file is Mogul_Big_Button_Dialer.zip, search http://pdaphonehome.com/ for it. I installed it last night and it's working fine!

I have been an avid Slingbox user since the early days. Love the thing. Anyone with Sattelite TV or a DVR should get one. nuff said !

Now back to your question... I am using No2chems 4056 rom or something like that (not the latest... getting tired of reinstalling everything with each update). Slingplayer works. The AV sync seems better. Not perfect (like WM5) but nearly perfect. Much less delay noticed while watching CNN. A significant improvement.

If I could live without SDHC, I would consider WM5 again. I am using a 6Gb to store all reinstall cabs, Iguidance 4 maps and anything else that can fit. I have been following the thread, but missed out on the SDHC fix. Will recheck to see if it is working now.

Extended ROM Unlocker, with 5053 the extended ROM is hidden or locked. How do I make it available? I've done some searches without any luck.

Love ya N2C (in a manly way I assure you)... but I had to revert back to 5051.

I was not able to manipulate the extended ROM, and I had random problems with sound.

I'll wait until you have a more stable version of 3.35... still love 5051.

So hows everyones 5053 running. Is it stable ?
Im not to happy with the official rom and i sure do miss my wm6.1 . Im debating weather to go back to 5048-5049 or try out the 5053. no offence no chem i didnt have much luck with the 5051 i dont know what it was it was slightly less stable and a tad slower for some reason.

btw I love ur work no chem if it wasnt for u I would have returned my phone for something else. I will be donating soon . :)

I'm currently pretty stable on 5049. I get the random unlock password requests, and Resco Explorer randomly un-registers itself which is fixed by a reboot, but GPS is awesome and Rev A is awesome. No real problems.

I would like to try the new Sprint radio though. Do I need to reflash with Sprint's release, then load 5053, or how do I get up to speed? Last time I check this thread was just over page 112 or so ;)
