I haven't upgraded to 5050 yet but I have to admit 5049 seems to be the most responsive ROM I have used yet. Everyone seems to be talking about the pagepool and I noticed that was different so perhaps that's what caused it. But I'm of the belief that I don't care if wm6 is reporting I have 1 meg free as long as it's running quickly what do I care? I'm curious to see if changing the pagepool from 2 to 4 will make a big difference. It's that whole magic number thing and probably depends on how each different user manages his phone and the programs that are running. Great ROM though no2!

theres a regedit to turn off threaded texting, stroths pointed it out to me and i can't seem to find it.

I don't know about the slow texting. I know the issue exists... i don't know how to fix it.

Also, on the posts earlier: if you donated, don't hesitate to make that clear to me that you did and let me know of any feature requests, etc, if you donated - you get top priority!

What would the remove of smartdialing do? I don't use any custom dialer to comm manager...

When I come out of flight mode, bluetooth gets turned on even though it was off before I went into flight mode.

Is that normal?

free up more ram, if you don't use smartdialing. not sure how anyone could find the default dialer usable (i think its pretty atrocious). that said, i might just include a standard alternate dialer that you can easily replace instead... though, that might defeat the point of clean..

there is no official radio until real rom drops....even the sprint leaked beta says test only.

Hi No2Chem,

First, a big Thank you to you for all the work you have done. I'm new to this site, as well as to flashing, upgrading, and "cooking" my Sprint Mogul. I've downloaded and played with a handful of your ROM updates, as well as downloaded a kitchen, and learned how to do all fo this from this website as well as the xda website.

A couple of questions for you. According to the beginning post, Version 5050 seems to require a few changes to the "kitchen" so that everything is kept up to date. Can you be a little more specific as to what needs to be 'swapped" in so that we can use your 5050 ROM and add other features to it?
