that may be a radio issue, if you reload the radio that may help that.

Dbdubb thanks for reply. I don't think it is a radio problem because my conversation continues without problem what happens is when I hang up and try to power on phone it will not power on black screen. I will try to reload radio and see what happens

hey guys
i love this rom, my only question is what do i have to do to get IR working?
i saw that it was fixed a few builds ago, but when i turn beam on in the comm mgr it doesnt work with my laptop that it always worked with before. laptop still works with other phones so i know its not the lappy

1. I go to the add new account for email and put in my hotmail address. It says "Help with Windows Live

Select the link below to access your Windows Live Hotmail account."

The link is http://windowsmobile.com/emailsetup/live

That link doesn't help me, I can't seem to load Windows Live onto the phone. Bottomline is I can't get my hotmail emails onto this phone with this ROM.

2. I have the HTC Home Plugin from Kaiser and the battery and charging icon are on top of each other, I saw this posted but didn't see an answer to it. Is there a fix?

Have you guys installed Windows Live Messenger? It is NOT provided in this ROM. I have set up my Hotmail by installing this .cab.

thanx jeff the scales were tipped in light of ur immediate response/ now if someone could tell me how i can customize my today screen with this rom(build 5049)

Thanks Jeff, that worked for me. Windows Live was hanging after I made changes and clicked on Done but we'll see if that is a long term problem.

i don't post to much on this forum but THANK you no2chem this made my 6800 run sooo much faster. its just what about sprint nav? not included?
