Is there an easy way to use this ROM along with the beta kitchen? or is that just asking for problems?

Stuck in splash screens also i followed the steps correctly.

1. Flash/Use SPL Newest one.
2. Flash rom (stuck in splash screen afterwards)
3. Flash Radio ( haven't got to that step cause of splash screen + Can't Sync phone now)

Could someone offer some help. Im on a work computer that doesn't allow me to goto XdA to look further into the problem

You don't need to sync. Go to bootloader mode (hold power, camera and then reset). Connect to your PC and then run the radio ROM.
