I haven't heard of any problems or experienced any problems myself by bypassing the customization.

I would recommend, however, letting the cutomization run one time, then hard reset and bypass them the second time.

By the way any idea how much space we actually save if we by pass all that crap? I never do a soft reset before letting the customizations run, because I might change my mind and want to use of it..lol..just real fickle like that I guess, but was just curious.
