So if I try this and it doesn't work, how do I go back to my Verizon ROM? I don't see anywhere to download it on Verizon's site... (sorry, I'm also new to this but will pick things up quickly!)

It looks as though there are two radios included.

785 and Sprint Radio

Having same communications error here but i have the 1.20 bootloader... gonna try getting the 1.06 see if that worls.

My brother's mogul just finished, but I believe he used a different mirror. I wonder if one of the mirror files is bad.

Yeah, I thought that too when mine kept crashing. I downloaded it a couple of times and it still crashed. It's hit or miss, but I don't think it's the mirror file. The installer's just flaky.

are you in bootloader mode?

Alright, I flashed the rom update and it WORKS!!!!! I got it to work with Sprints Nav software, Live Search, and Google maps. Sprint's nav is subscription based only, they do however give you a 2 day trial. It even has Text to speech. This thing Rocks. Does any one know of any apps that will work like Sprints Nav software? Or if anyone has Telenav or knows where to get it can you PM me?

hiya, does anyone know if this works in conjuction with windows vista? I tried installing it but i keep getting stuck at the bootloader screen, and the installer just says that i need to check teh connection.
